PKN7 training will begin shortly: the destruction of an entire planet does not win you the right to lay about growing soft. I suggest doing these exercises on your own or in pairs in order to prepare for what's ahead. If you require assistance, either Shepard or myself will be on hand to provide it.

If you want a list of the names of your fellow cadets, I will supply it.

Warm up - 5:00 with slow run / stretch arms and legs
Repeat this cycle of exercises non-stop 5-10 times:
- 10 Regular pushups
- 10 Regular situps
- 20 Lunges
0.5 mile run

You'll want to step far forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent evenly. Your ankle should line up with your front knee, and the knee of your back leg should never touch the floor.

If done properly, it'll mirror the look of lunging forward.
